Crea Fight is the ideal formula for all athletes who take their training seriously. The product is specifically intended for strength and power endurance athletes (combat sports). In each serving (30gr) Crea Fight contains up to 10gr of hydrolyzed whey protein Optipep TM with the highest possible degree of hydrolysis, two forms of creatine, low in sugar, maltodextrin, lactoferrin and a total of 25 vitamins and minerals that are essential for the proper functioning of most metabolic processes. In addition, Crea Fight contains plant extracts with adaptogenic properties: Schisandra chinensis and Rhodiola rosea extracts.
In 2011, IHS faced the challenge of creating a complete product that would offer the ideal post-workout formula for all athletes who take their training seriously. First of all, Crea Fight was intended for athletes working on strength (combat sports) and endurance (cycling, long-distance running). It is known that after intensive training, the blood in the athlete's body is mainly retained in the muscle tissue, lungs and the entire cardiovascular system, while the digestive system (stomach, intestines) contains a relatively small amount of blood. Thus, the production of digestive enzymes is reduced. Every athlete who has ever tried to eat a meal after a very intense workout knows this. In such a situation, the only well-digested food would be a liquid containing nutrients that do not require digestion.
Crea Fight provides in each 30g dose up to 10g of hydrolyzed whey protein with the highest possible degree of hydrolysis that does not require digestion, two forms of creatine, forms of maltodextrin with a low sugar content, as well as a composition of 25 minerals and vitamins and galactoferrin – all necessary for the proper course of most anabolic processes. In addition, Crea Fight contains lactoferrin and herbal extracts with adaptive properties (they contribute to strengthening the athlete's immune system, as well as the body's adaptation to increased effort): Schisandra chinensis and Rhodiola rosea extracts. This combination of herbs has been added to calm the athlete's body and put it in a state of anabolic regeneration. By consuming up to 2 servings of Crea Fight per day (especially after training), each athlete ensures that several body rejuvenation processes are carried out in the right way.
Directions for Use: Dissolve 30gr (1 scoop) in a glass of water in the morning right after training.
